Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are processed immediately after checkout. Unfortunately, cancellations may not be possible once your order is confirmed. If you still want to return the item, simply wait for delivery and follow our return process below.

• You have 4 days after delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Wholesalers are guaranteed at least 70% of requested items or fabric designs. Substituted items cannot be returned unless damaged.
• Returns are not accepted on sale items, gift cards, custom-made/personalized items, or intimate wear.

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If approved, your refund will be processed minus the return shipping fee. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance.

Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you by email. You may receive:

• A replacement or product exchange
• Store credit (non-transferable)
• A refund to your original payment method
• Another remedy we determine appropriate

If the returned item does not meet our policy requirements, we reserve the right to decline the return or apply restocking fees. Always contact us before sending items back.
